Okay, so I've been trying to do NaNoWriMo this year with a full course load, a 20-30 hour a week part-time job, a contract cleaning job, and still having a social life. D: So far, I've only got 11,409 words, but I just learned that I can write about 800 words in 20 minutes by using Dr. Wicked's Write or Die.

I need encouragement! And excuses to get out of anything Thanksgiving related!

Okay, so I'm taking this art class, in which it's basically create whatever makes you happy. So, fanart is something that I've been working on, and this is the first class that I've ever been allowed AND encouraged to do that. Fairly soon, I should have a Buffy poster up, in a totally Spike/Buffy style.

The next project that I'm going to be working on is a monster! style piece using both The Gentleman and the monster from Pan's Labyrinth.

I hope to have the Buffy poster up by the end of the week, and it will be a couple of weeks for the monster!piece. Stupid other classes. -_-

Back in April I got a camera for my birthday. I love it and have been taking pictures of everything. I've been using it in my work and I'm loving all the special effects that I've found online.

And, I'm so excited because at 8PM on ABC, there's some sort of special about Harry Potter and JK Rowling. I'm so excited!

Hmmm, it has been awhile, but I'm working on something really special. For a certain special couple who are getting married in August.

I'm never going back to UAlbany. It's horrible, a waste of money and time, I never learned anything. Well, except to bullshit better. The only reason I went to college was to learn how to write better. The community college I went to, did that wonderfully, this crappy "university" didn't.

However, unless I can find a school that has a good English/creative writing department, I'm going to end up taking the easy way out (aka putting up with UA and being miserable for a year). I don't want to do that. I was hoping to find a school that I could do online classes while I worked full-time, or a school nearby(ish) (at least in New York) where I could work part-time and go to school full-time.

I'm having a bit of trouble deciding between the two, because honestly, I just want an editing job and my own place, so I can live my life.

So if anyone has any recommendations, ideas, thoughts, or anything like that, I would really really appreciate it. Please?
